The services provided corresponded to the description, and even went beyond it. I had several technical additional wishes, which - as far as the circumstances allowed - to my great surprise within a few hours were fulfilled. The support usually responds to requests within hours and has always been satisfactory. The telephone accessibility to the business hours is very good and without long waiting loops. There is a 24-hour emergency service to my knowledge, but I have never had to use. The servers are always accessible, no failures as usual with other hosters. ORC Webhosting is just the right mix between family business and grand hoster. You have personal contacts and often also meet extraordinary technical requirements. The technical and professional level belongs to the absolute upper class. With the price / performance ratio I was always satisfied.
