😠 Domain registrar service sucks. In my >45 years of IT, they are the worst.
Stay away!
Don't reply to chat, calls or emails. When they reply by email, the info is completely wrong.
They should have negative starts to indicate a total waste of my time.

😠 Horrible customer service, I pay $65 a month for there fastest speed and it's slow, internet goes down at least 3 times a day and when I call to speak to Tech Support, they take forever to call back since you will be LUCKY to even speak to someone ever! I don't recommend this company to ANYONE! they may be cheap but they are horrible!

This company appears to have limited staffing because no one is available to take phone calls. You must ALWAYS leave a message , regardless of department and if you're lucky , you may get a return call within a week ! If you send an email , don't expect a response. I would not recommend this company to anyone !
