😠 VPOP took a double payment for my domain name renewal last year. I tried for 2 months to contact them by email and phone and not once did I get through or get a reply. I have another renewal coming up. I would like to transfer the domain name to another, but cannot get anyone to answer the phone or an email. They are completely AWFUL and EXPENSIVE. It's too late now for me, but the rest of you can save yourselves and STAY AWAY!!!

😠 Catastrophically awful. Systems have continued problems, they do not answer emails or phone calls. Have been trying to transfer the domain out to move to a reputable provider but cannot as they don't answer requests for an authorisation code.

😠 I have had so many email issues and they haven't helped once. I now have website problems and the same thing. I don't get emails back and no one is there to answer the phone when I call. I keep getting emails on paying invoices, but no help what so every. I will not be renewing my domain with them and will never work with Maureen or anyone associated with VPOP again. DON'T USE THEM.

😠 They are awful. I have been trying to get in touch with someone for over 6 months. Maureen is the person who started and was working there and I have sent so many emails and calls to get help and nothing. I am planning on leaving. DON'T JOIN THE THEM YOU WILL BE SORRY
