OVERVIEW
Contabo has specialized in offering reasonably priced, custom tailored data center services. Our product portfolio includes webspace, dedicated servers, colocation, virtual servers, cluster systems, domains and individual hardware. Our own data center in Munich, Germany, which is redundantly cooled and safely and perfectly connected to the Internet and electrical power, allows us to provide competent instant service and to take into account your individual requirements. Our support team is available 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays.

DATA CENTER
Contabo operates a data center in Munich, which is our traditional place of business. The ultra-modern "green data center" was planned and constructed by Contabo. It provides enough colocation room for more than 4000 servers. Our office roomes are in the same building, only one story above the data floor, which allows the shortest reaction times possible.
When designing the datacenter, we were focussing on efficiency, individualization and expandability. Not making a compromise during the planning, not even for details, definitely is paying off. Since its launch in spring 2009 we had no interruption of neither the electrical power
nor the Internet connection.

INTERNET CONNECTION
The vital basis for running modern web applications is, without doubt, an Internet connection that provides high performance and stability. Our datacenter features a 100% redundant and multi-homed conncection via 2 x 10 Gbit/s, separately linked into the building . This ensures that even in the most unlikely event of the unavailability of a carrier, you will not suffer from any restrictions.
Contabo is using the premium carriers Telia Sonera and M-Net to guarantee the best routing and the highest transfer rates possible. All of our products contain unlimited traffic so that you will not have to worry about the traffic consumption.

SUPPORT
Your server has to be available around the clock, including weekends and holidays. For that reason Contabo is staffed with skilled personnel on site, who will be assisting with questions or problems. You can contact us via e-mail (we are using a modern ticket system) and telephone. The office is occupied daily from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Additionally, the upgrade Emergency Support offers an even more extended support availability if required.
