😠 Worst experience ever
We have been hosting our website with Below10Host over the past 8-9 years with mostly minimum issues (some downtime here and there, very slow servers etc.). However, as of 3 days ago our website is down due to a server issue (we were told that it's a hard drive issue) and we've been receiving the worst customer service possible since.

As it is right now our website has been down for 4 days and there's no word on when it's going to be back up again. Absolutely ridiculous customer service when a real issue came up.

Stay away from this host if your website receives more than 50-10 visits/day (we're receiving over 1,000/day and our website is crawling.

😉 Their shared hosting plans are great if you have a small website, but be prepared for reoccurring issues if you have complex scripts or have a moderate amount of traffic.
