😠 I dealt with them for many years with many accounts. But started to experience many down-time. Whenever I contacted the customer service, all I hear back was some excuses and the guy never apologized. He even sounded upset that I pointed out the problems. I've lost any confidence in them and I'm over it. Those down-time really did some damage on my business.

😠 This company was just awful the deal with!!
My bandwidth constantly ran out despit there
not being many files on my site. They forced
me to upgrade 3 times in one year. Slow response
to emails with a negative tone on their part.

😁 I use their free hosting plan with domain registration. The features offered for one low price are too numerous to list. Many hosts charge more for what 101 includes in their plan. Their customer service is fast and efficient. Would recommend to anyone needing a host.

😁 I have the Starter Plan and it has everything I need. Domain name, web hosting space and all the popular options that others charge extra for. One low price for everythingn - nice and simple - I love it.
