Founded in 2003, Rochen is an independent and private cloud provider configured on VMware virtualization. They provide in-house infrastructure and support and they have been a part of the Open Source community starting with 2005 ever since Joomla began. They are an eco-friendly hosting provider powered by renewable energy sources (wind power, biomass facilities) supported by their partnership with Green Mountain Energy.

Shared hosting plans run on SSD storage and unlimited bandwidth. Speed is guaranteed through LiteSpeed Web Server, HTTP/3 and QUIC or Ultrafast PHP 7.4 that improve high speed. Servers are secured through features, like Let’s Encrypt SSl, WAF, Imunify360 for malware protection. With the reseller plan they provide, customers are offered advanced features: white-labeled plan with possibility for private label name servers and client Exec CRM license included.

Cloud servers are fully managed and powered by VMware. Cloud servers are configured on scalable hardware, so customers benefit from the flexibility to choose the processor, RAM, disk space or data traffic they find suitable for their needs.
