- SSL Certificates;
Shared hosting packages are all SSD-equipped and operate on CloudLinux cPanel. With Softaculous included, customers have the possibility of installing many apps. The standard server resources (MySQL databases, FTP accounts, parked domains, subdomains) are all included.
Virtual private servers are divided, as follows: OpenVZ VPS; KVM; XEN; Storage KVM VPS. VZ servers use Node’s kernel whereas XEN and KVM use dedicated kernel. Backup is made sure weekly. Server hardware is configured in RAID 10.
Dedicated servers can be selected according to the preference of the server location. Customers can choose either HostSailor data center from Romania or from the Netherlands in order to host their servers. Servers can be upgraded to unmetered bandwidth or choose add-ons such as SSL Certificates, DDoS protection, additional IPs or cPanel.

😠 "A Horrifying Experience with HostSailor - Endless Issues and Disrespectful [...]
HostSailor is nothing but a source of frustration and anger. Simply put, my experience was a complete failure and incredibly annoying.
From the start, the service was slow and ineffective. Technical issues led to constant disruptions, and there was no prior communication or explanation for the problems. It seems they do not respect the customer's time and are not concerned about providing a valuable service.
As for customer service, it was extremely poor. Response times were slow, and the interaction was unprofessional. There was no serious attempt to resolve the issues, as if they were ignoring the customers.
Worst of all, there were multiple security breaches. This makes me feel concerned and fearful about the protection of my data.
In short, I do not recommend anyone dealing with HostSailor. Look for better options that are more professional and respectful to their customers.
