Founded in 2005, Dedixlab is a hosting provider designing web solutions for customers interested in developing their websites, software or projects. The website of the company is available in English, Spanish and Russian.

They are particularly oriented in providing VPS servers and Dedicated servers for both Linux and Windows.
VPS servers come with Quad-processors configured in RAID 10. The disk space comes on either SAS or SSD drives, faster than SATA drives. Servers are immediately delivered after the confirmation of the payment. Servers run on 1000 Mbps and include full root access, SSH access for Linux/BSD or RDP access for Windows.

Dedicated servers operate on Quad Core Intel Xeon processors with CPU power allocation under 25%. Customers can install OS on their own, with traffic going on between 5 TB to 1 Gbps and storage in RAID 1 either on SSD or SATA drives. Setup can take between 10 minutes to 48 hours.

😠 I purchased a VPS service and did not get access to it. I was unable to login to my account because my password was not saved by the browser as usual. But when I tried to restore it, the system gave a 403 error. I see that the support team responds to my questions through tickets, but I can't see them because I have to log in, and I can't because their password recovery system does not work. OK, then I started writing to other contacts: email, WhatsApp, telegram, skype. There is no answer anywhere. This is a dead company that will just steal your money and you won't even be able to contact. I do not recommend it!

😠 Worst service ever used.
After accepting payment with BTC they started to push KYC verification with selfies and so on, after providing them ticket answer was it's photoshop and requested backside of my license and other selfie with another type of ID which they shouldn't because of bitcoin payment.
Then when i have asked for refund they have refused to pay back and offered to fill police case, which i have done.
