), a data center solutions provider based in North Carolina, said today that it has added Raleigh-Durham International Airport to its roster of clients. Under the agreement, Peak 10 is providing hosting and managed services for Raleigh-Durham International Airport's Oracle applications, which handle its payroll, accounting, and human resources information. The applications will be housed at Peak 10's data center facility in Raleigh, North Carolina.

"The growth of our organization and the complexity and mission critical nature of our systems dictated our decision to outsource," said Jim Gill, deputy director of finance, business and administration for RDU Airport. "Peak 10 is providing us with the infrastructure and technological expertise we need to run our business."
Peak 10 also has facilities in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Jacksonville and Tampa, Florida.
"We are thrilled to have RDU Airport as part of the Peak 10 family," said Ben Griffith, vice president and general manager for Peak 10 in Raleigh. "RDU is a prominent fixture in our market and the fact that they chose Peak 10 as the managed services provider for their IT outsourcing solution reinforces our value proposition to the business community here in the Research Triangle region."

The announcement comes off the heels of last week's opening of Peak 10's second data center in Tampa.


The 15,400 square foot data center brings the company's total Tampa data center space to more than 30,000 square feet.


According to the press release, DunnhumbyUSA "collects and stores customers' buying data to help retailers make competitive pricing decisions and enhance customer relationships and loyalty."
