📅 April 5, 2006 - Web hosting provider Gearworx (gearworx.net ) announced on Tuesday it has doubled the disk space and bandwidth included with its shared Web hosting plans. The company says the free upgrade is one of many enhancements and product updates it anticipates throughout the year.

Gearworx routinely evaluates hosting plan limits to provide customers with optimal performance and Web site resources. Additionally, Gearworx resellers can pass along the extra resources to their own customers.

"We are thrilled to be able to double plan resources for our customers," says Gearworx CEO William Gregorian. "By doubling the disk space and the bandwidth offered with the shared plans, we're giving our customers more value for their money and powerful resources to succeed in their online endeavors."

Gearworx says its infrastructure, which is constantly upgraded, enables the company to double the resource allowance for its customers without affecting the overall performance.
