📅 - Internet services provider OC3 Networks & Web Solutions (oc3networks.com) announced on Tuesday it has acquired adult-oriented Web hosting provider Tear 2 (tear2hosting.com).
Relatively a new company, Tear 2 provides Web hosting services for small to medium-sized businesses in the adult industry. The company is headquartered in Maryland, with its technical operations in Virginia.
"We are extremely pleased with the acquisition of this very successful upstart," says Ilan Mishan, CEO of OC3 Networks. "Tear 2's excellent reputation is a huge benefit to OC3's positioning within the adult industry."
OC3 Networks will immediately start merging Tear 2's operations into OC3 Networks'. With the exception of a few non-technical changes, such as billing and payment methods, customers will be unaffected by the acquisition.
