Pumatech provides software products and services that deliverinformation to enterprises.

Under the terms of the agreement, Pumatech is utilizing MFN's OperationsPlatform, which ensures that Pumatech's customers have immediate access totime-sensitive information, inside or outside of the enterprise, the companysays. MFN's Operations Platform includes site architecture, hardware andsoftware selection, co-location, network connectivity and ongoing managementand services, all at a fixed monthly fee. The Platform includes a100-percent up-time service level agreement.
