Every single time you "bump" your ticket it gets sent back to the end of the ticket queue therefore delaying your response time.
Your server is in rescue mode, you can connect with ssh.
Login : jalal / Password : *** / IP: 62.210.136.87 / Protocol : SSH
Command on linux: ssh jalal@62.210.136.87
Use sudo command for root privileges.
