Better than other free hosting providers.
I'm using their free hosting to host my website for over a year now. They don't provide live support but their forum support is real fast admins try to resolve your issue. I have tried other hosting providers most of them don't allow you to point domain or change url. Tutorials also available in forum support regarding ssl wordpress errors. I'm using wordpress blog after full optimization using my blog's loading speed is Rated A and Y slow score is rated B at Gtmetrix site. Best thing i like about them is their support through forums even if they are providing free hosting. Sometimes server goes down but it's gonna happen with free hosting still it provides much better hosting than other free providers. Even if i join some hosting for a basic plan they will provide me with same services and only 1 website. With 000webhost i can host 2 free sites. My other site being hosted is Exploretech.tk a gaming site. When i started using 000webhost i had no idea about hosting domains php databases. Now i have learned alot actually including how to change domain how to move databases how to make a proper blog and how to migrate your site to another host.
Free hosting comes with limitation because it's free.
Cons :
000webhost small banner at the footer which can be removed when you buy a domain from 000webhost.
Cache plugins are not allowed to use in 000webhost because it increases their server load.
