😠 forget about customer service they dont have one
dataflasme recently changed access to one of their servers and refuse to correct the problems they have caused. The online customer help isnt helpful and keeps telling me to email either billing or support when I am unable to email anyone becaue of their changes.

😞 Dataflame just about functions as a basic web hosting and e-mail service, but its customer interface fails on every level personal and electonic. Their live chat help is rarely manned by anybody who knows what they are talking about, their resomses to billings queries is often arogant and their on-line resource would be funny if it weren't for the frustration it creates. I have about a dozen different URLs and as many passwords and usernames that I have to rememberd in order to make any changes to any aspect of my account. They make a big song and dance about their control panel, but just can't seem to get everything in one place, with a simple interface and simple language that enbles you to perform the tasks you need to when managing a web site, domains or billing. Its as though they are trying to make things complicated. If I weren't too busy to organise it I would switch hosts tomorrow.

😠 Data Flame brags about customer service but provides none.
They act as if they are responding but but actually provide no information. Further, they resist all efforts for cancelation, hide their REQUIRED online forms, provide inaccurate information to negate cancellation and transfer activities, even refusing to respond to the required verification email to transfer domain names.
